Nature Hike

Nicolet Trail via “Shanty Bay.” A sawmill, fishing shanties, and a summer estate were part of the beach landscape one hundred years ago. Enjoy Peninsula stories while walking along a beach and forest trail. Watch for waterfowl. Bring binoculars if you have them. Counts as a Like to Hike activity. Moderate hiking, about a mile, trail may be muddy. Meet at Nicolet Beach. Free. Park vehicle sticker required.
