4:30pm. Doors open, with a cash bar and silent auction.
5:30-7pm. Serving ribs from each of the competitors while food lasts. Featuring music from Ken-Ya-Sing DJ (6:30pm) and more. Proceeds benefit Neighbor to Neighbor. Advance ticket purchase encouraged. Call 920.743.7800 to purchase tickets. $20/person.
