Fall Sale at Shepherd of the Bay

Shepherd of the Bay’s Annual Fall Sale is planned for Saturday, October 3 from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm. The church’s sale features harvest vegetables, fruits, and flowers as well as homemade bakery and “good as new” rummage at Grandma’s Attic.

An annual feature of the Saturday sale is the Third World Marketplace, which is the church’s outreach program for supporting the work of artisans around the world. Along with toys, jewelry, beadwork, and textiles, this year’s sale will also feature a variety of handmade instruments. Dozens of unique nativities created in the styles and materials of other cultures will also be available, along with fairly traded coffee, teas, and chocolates. The church’s outreach program works with SERRV International and MAYAWORKS to provide economic assistance to artisans and their impoverished communities.
