Featured Pet: Hocus

The Door County Humane Society (DCHS) cattery staff would like to introduce Hocus. This great 5-year-old feline is a very handsome boy with a jet black coat and stunning yellow eyes. Hocus came to DCHS as a stray on Oct. 31, 2016, hence his being named after the Halloween movie Hocus Pocus. His personality can only be described as very loving and affectionate. Hocus has a famous trick: to stop, drop and roll at your feet until he gets the attention that he wants and rightfully deserves. This friendly gent not only loves to spend time with humans but also greatly enjoys the companionship of other cats. So if you are looking for a little love bug that will always make you feel needed, come and adopt Hocus today.

The Door County Humane Society, located at 3475 County PD in Sturgeon Bay, is open 12 – 6 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday; and 12 – 4 pm Saturday. For more information call 920.746.1111 or visit doorcountyhumanesociety.org.
