Featured Pet: Magneton

Meet Magneton, a seven-month-old kitten available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) Door County Campus. This sweet boy has been with us since July being treated for ringworm, and he finally beat it! Now that he’s healthy, he can’t wait to have a place to call home.

Magneton will be your shadow, following you around all day long – at least until nap time! He has a powerful purr that starts up the moment he sees you and keeps going even when playing with his favorite toy: anything on a string.

Like all cats at WHS, he’s been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, plus his adoption fee is 50 percent off through Oct. 31. You’ll also receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam. Stop in to meet Magneton during open adoption hours!

The WHS Door County Campus – at 3475 Park Dr., across from Cherryland Airport in Sturgeon Bay – is open for adoptions Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12-6 pm; and Saturday, 12-4 pm. To learn more, call 920.746.1111.
