This is Merci and she came to the Door County Humane Society (DCHS) as a surrender because her former family could no longer take care of her. She’s a 2-year-old and has a lot to offer a loving family. As you can see by her picture, she is a Pitbull mix with a beautiful light brown coat with white markings. Merci loves people so much and sometimes gets too excited and jumps, but since she is still young, she can easily learn to keep her paws on the floor. She loves to play with other dogs and enjoys receiving as much attention as possible. She is a medium-sized dog that tips the scales at a healthy 55 pounds. So if you are looking for a young and energetic dog that will always keep you active, Merci is the girl for you.
