Featured Pet: Scarlett

The Door County Humane Society (DCHS) would like to introduce Scarlett. This beautiful girl is named after the famous character Scarlett O’ Hara from the award-winning movie Gone with the Wind. Shortly after coming to DCHS as a stray in November, Scarlett gave birth to four adorable kittens. Each little ball of fur was named after a character from the iconic movie. Scarlett is three years old and has a stunning gray coat with white markings. Just as the Scarlett O’Hara always loved to be around people and be the center of attention so does this friendly feline. Scarlett enjoys the companionship of other felines and has a special spot in her heart for younger cats.
