FESTIVAL EXPLORES TIME, SPACE, HISTORY

Step back in time, spring forward to the future, or venture into your favorite universe at Times of Future Past: a festival for any era that’s returning June 11-12, 10 am – 5 pm, to the grounds of Winter Park, N3787 Ransom Moore Lane in Kewaunee.

Meet historic figures such as Benjamin Franklin, Teddy Roosevelt and some suffragettes, or see your favorites from fantasy worlds, superheroes, characters from mythology and more. The festival features aerial arts, music and live demonstrations of tintype photography and cylinder recordings. Enter the daily costume contest, and new this year, check out the living-history areas.

A variety of food and drinks will be available, including Wisconsin wines and craft beer, and the artisan marketplace of more than 30 vendors will be selling trinkets and treasures from across time and space.

Times of Future Past (futurepastfestival.com) is a nonprofit event, and a portion of the proceeds will support the Desert Veterans of Wisconsin. Admission is $6 for ages 5-12, $12 for an adult day pass, or $20 for an adult two-day pass.
