FIND FIE ART IN SUNSET PARK

On May 25, 10 am – 5 pm; and May 26, 10 am – 4 pm, the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center (SturgeonBay.net) will welcome artists from across the nation as they showcase and sell their original artworks during the Fine Art Fair at Sunset Park. Honors for first, second and third place in two-dimensional and three-dimensional work will be awarded, along with Best of Show and honorable mentions.

Children and families may visit the art-activities tent to make a craft, contribute a painting to the Fine Art Fair mural and more. Local DJ Michael Raye will play tunes all weekend, and violinist Dan Ognavic will stroll among the artists. The plentiful food and drink choices will include burgers, brats, hot dogs, kettle corn, Bavarian roasted nuts and more.

The Fine Art Fair raffle drawing will take place under the blue-and-white-striped tent on Sunday, 3 pm; winners need not be present to win. All proceeds will benefit visitor-center events; admission is free.
