Fish Creek Hosts Annual Chili Cook-off

Proud chili cooks will be battling for bragging rights and cash prizes at Fish Creek Winter Festival’s annual Chili Cook-off on Feb. 4. Prizes of $300, $200, and $100 will be awarded to first, second, and third places, respectively, with a gift package going to the People’s Choice Award.

All participants, professional and amateur, are encouraged to participate by bringing one crock-pot of their prepared chili to the large, heated tent at Clark Park between 10:30 – 11 am. Judging will begin at noon, with an all-you-care-to-sample bowl available for a $5 suggested donation.
