Fish Creek Winter Fest Set for February 4 – 6

The 24th Annual Fish Creek Winter Festival will take place Feb. 4 – 6. The public is welcome to play and eat all day under the heated tent, located on the waterfront in Fish Creek’s Clark Park, with music, raffles, and a variety of fun and funky games.

All-day games will begin at 10 am on Saturday. Celebrity judges will judge chili cook-off entries at noon.

Wine tasting and orchard sleigh rides will take place at Orchard County Winery and Market from 10 am – 5 pm on Saturday, while the Peninsula School of Art host their annual SOUP! event from 11 am – 3 pm. On Saturday morning, kids can build a kite at the Y from 9 – 10 am, take in the parade on Main Street at 10:30 am, and enjoy a treasure hunt at 11:30 am at the Top of the Hill Shops. Carved ice sculptures will be featured at Fish Creek businesses throughout town. The Gibraltar Fire Station will host the Great American Pancake Show from 7 – 11 am.

The Door County Trolley will offer complimentary rides throughout Fish Creek on Saturday from 11 am – 5 pm.

Evening activities will include a candlelight ski from 5:30 – 8 pm at Peninsula State Park, Door County Idol from 7 – 9 pm at the Door Community Auditorium, and a Rock n Roll Snow Dance with Big Mouth at Alexander’s beginning 9 pm.

The festival weekend will kick off at Hands On Art Studio with the Rock n Roll Art Night from 6:30 – 10 pm. The festival will conclude Sunday morning at 10:10 am with the Second annual Fruit Loop run and Fruit Loop breakfast under the tent.
