Five Courses of Beer and Food at Mojo Rosa’s

United Way of Door County is the featured charity for a Beer Pairing Dinner at Mojo Rosa’s in Egg Harbor on April 25 from 5 to 9 pm. Mojo Rosa’s has partnered with Door County Brewing Company and Flanigan Distributing to create a menu that compliments their craft beers. For $25, guests enjoy two small plates of entrees and one dessert from Pink Bakery in Egg Harbor, paired with complimentary beers.

The food and beer pairings include: Carne Asada & Biere De Seigle; Chipotle Seafood Caps & Classic Pastoral Farmhouse Ale; Barbacoux Tacos & Goat Parade Smoked Imperial Stout; Chicken Enchiladas & Little Sister Witbier; and Chocolate Stout Cake & Polka King Porter.
