Five Years of OtherWorlds

Although the official fifth anniversary of OtherWorlds Books & More in Sturgeon Bay was Jan. 21, owners Margaret and David Magle celebrated the opening of their store during the city’s Fire & Ice festival.

Since opening, OtherWorlds has expanded from 450 square feet to close to 2,000, and it’s now hosting a space in the upstairs of the Park Place Mall for the Tabletop Gameguild.

For the fifth anniversary, OtherWorlds invited local authors to set up tables in the hallway to display and talk about their works.

“Authors are a small business,” Margaret said. “As a small business, we have to support other small businesses.”
