Flamenco Night at Peg Egan PAC

The Peg Egan PAC will host Flamenco Night on Aug. 12 at 7 pm. This free event pairs the Flamenco music and dance of Kimball & Fernandez with the culinary delights of Parador tapas restaurant.

Hector Fernandez and Tom Kimball have played Spanish guitar-based music together since 1994. This Spanish guitar duo’s repertoire includes flamenco pop; Latin American standards like “Wave,” “Guantanamera,” and “Sabor a Mi”; and traditional and classical flamenco.

Kimball & Fernandez studied in Spain, California, and New Mexico under recognized artists Rafael Riqueni, Juan Serrano, Tomas de Utrera, Jacco, Norman Ruiz and Roberto Arce.

Parador Restaurant is presenting the Flamenco Night at the Peg Egan PAC. The concert is free to the public and Parador is offering the general public a special package for dinner by the stage.

Larry Majewski, owner of Parador, invites audience members to be part of this night by enjoying a table for two next to the stage. The guitars and whirring clacks of the dancers’ feet will take audience members to Seville while sipping on sangria and noshing on a specially prepared tapas menu.

For dinner reservations by the stage call Parador at 920.868.2255.
