Pastor Bruce Foster and his wife Angela have consented to be Grand Co-Marshals of the 49th annual Olde Ellison Bay Days Grande Parade on June 26. Bruce Foster is retiring as pastor of Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church after 26-plus years of service. During his tenure in Door County, Pastor Foster has presided over the consolidation Zion and Trinity Lutheran congregations, as well as the design, building and fundraising for Shepherd of the Bay, which was dedicated in 1994 and then twice expanded. At the same time, he expanded the church congregation and ministry to include a Youth and Education Minister, Sunday School Director and Parish Nurse.

In August, Pastor Bruce and Angela will move to Boston to be near their eldest son, Jonathan, daughter-in-law and newest grandchild.
