Framed: Rebuilding the Fence

The Ephraim Men’s Club has finished clearing brush and repairing fencing to improve the beauty of tree-lined Moravia Street from Anderson Lane to Water Street. The father of Jim Reeve (second from left) installed the original fencing more than 60 years ago. The club holds its annual scholarship breakfast Aug. 4 at Ephraim’s old village hall. Submitted.
