Framed: The Rhythm Chicken

The parade may have been canceled, but the ruckus must go on. The Rhythm Chicken wasn’t afraid to make an appearance on the streets of Baileys Harbor on July Fourth. The hare-raising display was far from poultry, and nothing about it went afowl in 2020.
