Framed: Wayne’s Yard

Cheryl Brady, a resident of Sturgeon Bay’s Hidden Ridge Resort, shared some photos of her neighbor Wayne’s yard. Every year he decorates to put smiles on the faces of those passing by, and this year the display features plenty of pumpkins and some spooky, happy characters.
