Free Tickets for Kids to TAP’s “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever”

Third Avenue Playhouse (TAP) offers free tickets for children and teens to the upcoming StageKids production of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever on Nov. 18, 19 and 20. Due to a generous grant from Bonnie and Dennis Connolly, a family evening out at TAP in Sturgeon Bay has become even more affordable. With the purchase of an adult ticket, children and students high school age and younger are free.

Mr. Connolly first became acquainted with TAP through StageKids’ 2011 production of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Director Amy Ensign remembers, “Casting Dennis as Reverend Hopkins was the easiest thing I have ever done in theater. As a kind, caring, and diplomatic character, Reverend Hopkins was a perfect fit for Mr. Connolly. He stepped right into those shoes.”

Along with his wife Bonnie, Dennis Connolly has continued to support TAP and StageKids through donations of time, talent and funds. Donations are the primary reason TAP is able to keep StageKids’ acting, film and theater classes affordable.

Tickets are $15 adults, $10 student, and free for children and teens with adult ticket purchase. Performances are scheduled for Nov. 18 & 19 at 7:30 pm and Nov. 19 & 20 at 2 pm.
