Free, Virtual Breastfeeding Classes

HSHS St. Vincent Hospital will host free classes via Zoom to help prepare mothers and families for breastfeeding success. The virtual classes will be offered Jan. 10, Feb. 2 and March 13, all 5:30-8 pm. 

A certified lactation consultant from the hospital’s Women and Infants Center will discuss the benefits of breastfeeding, how to know whether a baby is getting enough milk, breast-milk storage tips, when to feed a baby, and various breastfeeding positions.
