Friends of Door County Libraries’ Holiday Book Sale

The Friends of Door County Libraries’ Holiday Book Sale will take place Saturday, Dec. 4 from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm at the Sturgeon Bay Library. This annual event will offer a range of gift-worthy books at nominal prices.
A dedicated corps of Friends’ volunteers have spent weeks sorting and preparing a wide assortment of (very gently-used) books. Browse through recent bestsellers, well-known favorites, literary fiction and mystery, non-fiction titles, and coffee table books. There are also a plentiful supply of westerns, an array of vintage hunting and fishing tomes, a children’s book section, and a selection of rare volumes. Of special interest will be Christmas books and media (including DVDs and CDs) for all ages.
Handy and durable tote bags bearing the Friends’ logo will be available. The sale will also offer an opportunity to become a Friends member.
All proceeds from the book sale are used to fund materials, programs, and projects that benefit all of the Door County Libraries and its patrons.
