Fun with Friends Nights Continue in Baileys Harbor through Nov. & Dec.

Ten youngsters who live in Baileys Harbor and are in grades 6-8 at Gibraltar enjoyed the first Fun with Friends Night at the town hall on Nov. 4. The event was rated a huge success with about half of the eligible students in attendance. Pizza was provided by Cornerstone, cookies, apples and cider left over from the town’s Halloween party were provided by the Baileys Harbor Community Association, and sponsors Lori and Michael Kemmler and Howard and Patty Williamson provided bottled water, brownies and other snacks. The kids enjoyed movies and games, as well as a few supervised minutes outside at the end of the evening to cool down from all the excitement.

More Fun with Friends nights are scheduled from 7 to 9 pm, Nov. 18 and Dec. 2, and all Baileys Harbor residents in grades 6-8 are invited. For more information, contact [email protected].
