Gaming for a Cause

OtherWorlds Books & More will celebrate its first year in business by hosting Gaming for a Cause on Jan. 26, 10 am – 10 pm. These 12 hours of board games and family fun will benefit Door County Habitat for Humanity, Children of Hope, and the Boys & Girls Club of Door County.

Local celebrities will be scheduled for exclusive game play. The event is free, but a $5 donation will get participants a seat at the exclusive tables. Other activities include instructions on painting miniatures, a Warhammer demonstration at noon, a bake sale, a silent auction and a session about how to create a character sheet for Dungeons and Dragons from 3:30 to 5 pm.
