Garden Tea Party at Turtle Ridge Gallery

After a successful showing at the 2013 Sister Bay Historical Society Garden Walk, Turtle Ridge Gallery will host a Garden Tea Party on August 3, 3 – 7 pm. Turtle Ridge invites everyone to sip tea, wander their English inspired garden in full bloom, and shop for the newest selection of summer to fall transitional bags and fine clothing.

Inside the gallery, there are a few changes: a full line of shibori dyed and digital printed garments, and the newest leather Tango – an Italian vegetable tanned leather used in the Mink River tote.

During this time, there will be exclusive tours of the workspace. Ever wonder how the magic of a Turtle Ridge Bag is created? Explore the creative process from leather hides to a finished handbag. Learn about cutting with an antique 16-ton die press, embossing leather, hand-painting designs, construction and sewing.
