Geiger-Bronsky Honored for Extraordinary Leadership in Women’s Health

The Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation will honor ten individuals with Champions in Women’s Health Awards. Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation Founder & President, Sue Ann Thompson and Secretary Tommy Thompson will present the awards along with breast cancer survivor, Marilyn Bielema, Coach Bret Bielema’s mother.

The Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation created the Champions in Women’s Health Awards in 2002 to honor individuals from all over the state who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership in women’s health.

Nominated by their peers, the ten Champions are from nine Wisconsin communities. Recognized for her services to the Door community is Michele Geiger-Bronsky, MSN, RN, Executive Director and Founder of the Wellness Center of Door County.
