Gibraltar Middle School Student Council Celebrates Earth Day

The Gibraltar Middle School Student Council picked up trash in honor of Earth Day on April 30. Their focus area was the border between Peninsula State Park and the Gibraltar school property. Litter collected from the area added up to five bags of trash. Some interesting finds were a ripped up kick ball, a tobacco tin and a dollar. Project coordinator and MSSC President Madalyn Gray organized the event.
