GIBRALTAR PLAYERS RETURN TO DCA STAGE

The Gibraltar Players will present The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee on April 29 and 30, 8 pm, and May 1, 2 pm, at Door Community Auditorium (DCA), 3926 Hwy 42 in Fish Creek.

Spelling Bee is an interactive musical comedy that chronicles the experiences of six adolescent overachievers vying for the spelling championship of a lifetime. The show’s Tony Award–winning creative team has crafted the unlikeliest of hit musicals about the unlikeliest of heroes: a quirky, but charming group of outsiders to whom a spelling bee is the one place on Earth where they can both stand out and fit in.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Because of some mature content, the show is rated PG-13.
