New this year are We Weave artists Jane Kayser and Nan Lorenz. The youngest artist is nine-year-old Ravid Friedman, who will debut his oil paintings and pottery at his first official art show. Mary Nelson, co-owner of Top o’ the Thumb gallery and gift shop in Gills Rock, will offer both her raku and glazed pottery. Each of her pieces is handmade, one at a time, so each piece is an original.

Gills Rock Artisans is a group of local artists who exemplify Door County’s abundance of creative talent. These artists will each have examples of their work on exhibit and for sale.

Gills Rock Coffee will stay open for extended hours on both Saturday and Sunday, 8 am – 5 pm, serving specialty coffee drinks and made-from-scratch bakery.
