Glas Certified as a Travel Green Wisconsin Business

Glas, the green coffeehouse in Sturgeon Bay, was recently certified as a Travel Green Wisconsin Business.

“Glas opened in 2009 with a commitment to be environmentally-friendly,” said Angie Jonas, manager at Glas. “Our Travel Green Wisconsin certification is a stamp on that effort and we hope our customers appreciate it.”

To earn certification, applicants must complete a baseline environmental performance assessment that collects the amount of energy, fuel, and water they consume, as well as look at sustainable business practices.
