Making a delicious grilled cheese is always a good idea, but this month – National Grilled Cheese Month – there is an extra incentive. When you create an original grilled cheese recipe using Wisconsin cheese, you’ll have a shot at a grand prize of $15,000 when you submit it in the 2016 Grilled Cheese Recipe Showdown. Just snap a photo of your finished sandwich and upload it with the recipe at GrilledCheeseAcademy.com to enter.

Submit your recipe (or as many original recipes as you can muster) by May 15. Here’s what’s at stake: Gold Award – $15,000; Silver Award – $5,000; 
Bronze Award – $3,000; three
