Great Waffle Breakfast at the Ridges

If you’re tired of grabbing a bagel, donut or a muffin or racing through a fast food restaurant, join the staff and volunteers of The Ridges Sanctuary for the Great Waffle Breakfast at the Baileys Harbor Town Hall on Feb. 7 from 9 to 11 am. Enjoy all-you-can-eat waffles of all shapes and sizes, topped with Door County maple syrup, cherry and blueberry toppings and whipped cream.

The Great Waffle Breakfast celebrates Emma Toft, one of the most vocal and persistent of those visionaries. This year marks the 124nd anniversary of her birth.

Donations of $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12 will be accepted at the door.

You can burn off a few of those breakfast calories by joining The Ridges naturalist for a guided snowshoe hike on the Sanctuary trails. Interested hikers should meet at The Ridges Nature Center, 8288 Hwy Q. Hikes are offered at 9:30 am and 1 pm.
