Come celebrate the grand opening of Sourced in the former Greco Gallery space on historic Third Avenue in Sturgeon Bay on July 2, 4 – 8 pm.
Sourced features “made, found and restyled” objects for the home and gift-giving. A new venture by local vintage collector, stylist and artist Katie Starr, it will showcase her varied creations, including custom lights and restyled vintage furniture. It’s also the source for many makers from Greco Gallery, including Apple Blossom Products, Helen’s Botanicals, Prettywar jewelry, Dawn Patel/Brilliant Stranger, Kim Lyon, Tyler Lampert/DHS, Kris Bungener jewelry, Dale Kumbalek Tonewood and gallery founder Kelly Avenson-Goettelman’s photography. Sourced has just added a new member to that list, Carol Ballje, who will bring an ever-changing curated collection of vintage finds.
Sourced seeks to be a great, maker-embracing resource for art, accessories, and home decor, and a catalyst for encouraging artistic collaborations and crafty fun. One collaboration with Helene Ingsten-Anderson of Flora will bring in fresh flower arrangements and unique houseplants.
Future plans include workshops and private events to be held at Sourced and owner Katie Starr is available for stylizing those private events. Sourced is located at 24 N. Third Ave. in downtown Sturgeon Bay. For more information, visit Sourced on Facebook.
