Greens N Grains Deli recently added seating, a full service coffee and espresso bar and a full time specialty foods chef, Jesse Frye.
The deli menu now features whole grain, organic, vegan and gluten-free options like Frye’s latest favorite, the Apple Cheddar Panini.
“I gained a great deal of inspiration from my Italian grandmother, cooking for her 11 children and her grandchildren,” explains Frye. “I love going through cookbooks, reading, baking, doing ingredient deconstruction and recipe manipulation. And my favorite meal of the day is breakfast.”
Greens N Grains now seats 25 people indoors and outdoors. They are currently open from 9 am – 5 pm, and on June 1 will open daily at 7 am.
