Northern Sky Theater recently hosted a fundraising event during which attendees celebrated the 25th anniversary of the theater company’s musical Guys on Ice and Rep. Joel Kitchens (R-Sturgeon Bay) presented a celebratory citation from the state Assembly to the show’s composer, James Kaplan.
