Habitat for Humanity Seeks Volunteers

Door County Habitat for Humanity needs volunteers to help at its Sturgeon Bay ReStore as increasing numbers of shoppers arrive to buy holiday gifts. Volunteers can choose to receive donations, stock shelves, sort materials, assist customers, create displays, price items or work at the checkout.

Revenue from ReStore sales helps to build homes for partnering families, provides ramps and repairs for neighbors in need, and funds services to haul away remodeling discards that often include reusable items that the public can buy at bargain prices.
