Hal Prize Extends Submission Deadline

Changes to the Hal Prize creative writing and photography contest are coming in 2021. Typically, entries must be submitted by May, and contest winners are announced in August. This year, submissions will be accepted until Sept. 15, and winners will be announced in November.
