Half Marathon Price Increases March 1

There’s still time to save on registration for the 2020 Door County Half Marathon. Fees for the race that has been described as “like running in a cathedral in the woods” increase March 1.

Through early February, more than 1,625 people had signed up for the half marathon and Nicolet Bay 5K, both of which will take place Saturday, May 2, 2020, in Peninsula State Park.

More than 40 of those runners are participating in the Run for a Cause Program, in which runners get a free registration when they commit to raising at least $250 for a local charity.

All half marathon runners receive a long-sleeved race shirt, finisher’s medal and post-race beverages from Tapuat Kombucha and One Barrel Brewing Co. at the finish-line party at Nicolet Bay.
