Half Marathon Releases 2019 Finishers’ Medals

The medals for the 2019 Door County Half Marathon finishers have arrived. The medals are designed by race co-founder David Eliot and include the race logo on the front, with the date and the tagline, “A run in Peninsula State Park” engraved on the back.

Registration for the May 4, 2019, Door County Half Marathon and Nicolet Bay 5K is still open. The race draws 2,500 runners to Peninsula State Park each year.

Runners of the half marathon also receive a long-sleeved tech race shirt, and 5K finishers receive a short-sleeved tech shirt. All runners will get a free beer from One Barrel Brewing Co. and free Tapuat kombucha at the finish-line party.
