Hand-Picked Bluegrass Band at Fishstock

Hand-Picked Bluegrass Band, a Wisconsin-based acoustic group, will play at Camp David’s Fishstock July 29 at 7 pm.

This multi-talented group prides itself on their strong musical ability and powerful vocal arrangements. Their innovative approach to “acoustically grown” music ranges from bluegrass to swing and everything in between. Besides their own originals, the group draws its material from a wide variety of artists creating a truly unique sound of their own.

Hand-Picked Bluegrass Band was founded in 2006 and that year debuted their first musical project, “Do What You Gotta Do.” Since then, the group has produced three additional projects, and are currently working on their fifth. Joe Cronick (mandolin, fiddle) writes much of the band’s material. Additional band members include Sue Cronick (guitar and fiddle) and Bruce Royal (bass). Dale Reichert (banjo and dobro) provides that “bluegrass drive” and is a member of the High Water Band. All are contributing vocalists. Their combined years of talent show in their spirited performances.

Camp David is located at 3127 Cty F in Fish Creek. Tickets are $20 per person. For more information and to buy tickets visit fishstockmusic.com.
