Hand Women Scarves at Off the Wheel Pottery

Off the Wheel Pottery is featuring a collection of 100 percent cotton hand woven scarves by weaver, Joan Meiselman, a Wisconsin native who received her BFA from UW-Madison and now resides in Kewanee County.

Meiselman, who has been weaving for over 40 years, has an eye for color. The combinations of color she uses in her work are inspired by the colors she sees in her voluptuous garden and in the kitchen while cooking (her other two passions). The scarves, which will be available until the end of October, are machine washable and modestly priced, making them a great gift for the holidays.
