Harnessing the Wind

A husband/wife team is now being featured at Cappaert Contemporary Gallery in Egg Harbor. Ken and Sue Mortinson spend their days working together on their Metal Kinetic Wind Art and are showing their sculptures in Door County for the first time.

Each of the kinetic wind sculptures are designed and handcrafted by the couple who shares the design and production work. The outdoor sculptures come in a variety of designs and colors and are UV and weather resistant. Their designs are mesmerizing and owner Ginnie Cappaert is happy to welcome them to her gallery.

Cappaert Contemporary Gallery is located at 7901 Highway 42 in Egg Harbor and features the art of 30 regional and national artists working in painting, clay, sculpture, mixed media and jewelry.
