Hatch Distilling Launches Pebble Beach Fundraising Promotion

Hatch Distilling Co. of Egg Harbor has crafted a new promotion to contribute to preserving Pebble Beach. 

Seven Northern Door restaurants will serve specialty cocktails made with Hatch gin or vodka through the end of October, donating $1 per cocktail to the Door County Land Trust’s fund to preserve Pebble Beach. Hatch will match each participating establishment’s donation dollar for dollar. 

As of Aug. 28, the businesses taking part in the promotion are Fred & Fuzzy’s, Hügel Haus, Mink River Basin, the Boathouse on the Bay, Stabbur, the Sister Bay Bowl and Husby’s. 

The land trust reached its $510,000 goal in August, but it is continuing to accept donations to help the Village of Sister Bay cover costs associated with the purchase.
