Health & Wellness Ministry Presents on Somatics

Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry continues its Community Health Information Programs with an upcoming presentation on somatics. Hear Theresa Evans speak on somatics at the Community Health Information Program on March 15 at 4 pm at the First Baptist Church in Sister Bay. Theresa, RN, E-RYT500 and certified clinical somatic practitioner owns Stone Path Yoga & Somatics Studio in Sister Bay. Along with teaching regular somatics and SomaYoga classes in Sister Bay and Sturgeon Bay, Theresa sees clients dealing with pain and other musculoskeletal issues privately for one-on-one somatic sessions. She has taught somatics workshops in the U.S. and Canada to many folks interested in learning how to move without pain.
