Heart of the Community Capital Campaign Update

The Door County YMCA has raised just over $4.5M of its $8.1M Heart of the Community Capital Campaign.

Funds being raised will be used to expand social areas including a new social lounge; a new Wellness Center will be added to create more space for cardio and strength training equipment; and a new Y Activity Center will be used to expand program spaces – all at the Sturgeon Bay YMCA.

The proposed renovations to the Sturgeon Bay Program Center will create a modern, vibrant gathering place for all, providing wellness, recreation and chronic disease prevention for all those who live, work and visit Door County.
