Heritage Village Opens for the Summer

Heritage Village at Big Creek, the Sturgeon Bay interpretive site of the Door County Historical Society, opened its doors for the season on June 14. Volunteers will lead daily guided tours at 1:30 and 2:30 pm throughout Heritage Village. Blacksmiths demonstrate their skills on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 – 3 pm. Additionally, June 23 – Aug. 26 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 1:30 and 2:30 pm, Ms. Wilkie will host multi-generational programs and village tours.
