Hipstamatic Fog

“Morning Fog” by Arlene Stanger.

“Morning Fog” was one of two images by Arlene Stanger selected for an exhibit titled “Hipstamatic” at the A Smith Gallery in Johnson City, Texas. All the images in the exhibit were taken with the Hipstamatic camera app for iPhone. The exhibit was juried by Mario Estrada, vice president of Special Projects at Hipstamatic, and runs from Feb. 14 through March 30. The gallery will be publishing a book containing all the juried images.

Stanger’s images have also been juried into the Miller Art Museum in Sturgeon Bay, the Hardy Gallery in Ephraim, the Guenzel Gallery at the Peninsula School of Art, the Midwest Seven State Exhibition in Madison, the Lightbox Photographic Gallery in Astoria, Oregon as well as the Peninsula Pulse’s Hal Grutzmacher’s Writer’s Expose and Photography Jubilee issues. She has also exhibited at the Door County Art League annual member’s showcase at the Door Peninsula Winery, and at the UU Gallery in Ephraim.
