Historic Noble House, Circa 1875, Opens May 24

The Gibraltar Historical Association (GHA) and the Gibraltar Sesquicentennial Committee announce that the Historic Noble House in Fish Creek will open for the season on Saturday, May 24.

Guided Tours by knowledgeable docents will be held on Saturdays only from May 24 through June14 from noon – 5 pm. Starting June 17 Historic Noble House will be open Tuesdays – Sundays from noon – 5 pm through October 14. To book group or bus tours any time or any days make advanced reservation by contacting head docent Doug C. Blahnik at 920.868.3618.

Tour fees are $3 for adults and $1 for children 12 and under.

For those wishing to take self-guided walking tours of Historic Fish Creek, brochures may be purchased at the Fish Creek Information Center or at Noble House for $2. Guided Fish Creek Walking Tours will start around June 27.

The new GHA Educational Center and Office Building on Noble Square will be dedicated June 21 at 1:30 pm, followed by an afternoon concert featuring the costumed Newtonburg Brass Band from 2:30 – 4:30 pm. Get into the old time spirit by wearing those vintage clothes that you have been saving for the last few decades.
