Historic Social Afternoon

On July 19, the historic Noble House will host an afternoon social at the historic Noble Square from 12 to 4 pm. View and ask questions about the restoration process of a 15’ launch boat (circa 1911), listen to music, and savor a cherry ice cream sundae as part of the festivities.

Greet characters dressed in period clothing and enjoy the history of this unique village in Noble House’s “A Glimpse of Old Fish Creek.” The Gibraltar Historical Association (GHA) created this display depicting Fish Creek life in the 1900s to 1950s using period sports and daily wear, placed amid room settings in circa 1875 Greek Revival Farmhouse.

The Noble House Museum is located on the corner of Highway 42 and Main Street and open with docent-led tours, 12 – 5 pm, Tuesday through Sundays. The last guided tour starts at 4:30 pm each day. Admission is $5 for adults, and $2 for children 12 and below. All proceeds benefit Gibraltar Historical Association. For more information call 920.868.2091 or visit historicnoblehouse.org.
