Hospitality Thank-you Winners Announced

Two Door County hospitality workers were selected randomly from among all nominees in a hospitality-industry thank-you campaign conducted late last year to show appreciation for a job well done during a very busy 2021 tourism season. 

David Sawyer of the Churchill Inn received a $250 Frontier Airlines travel voucher, and Diane Lopez of the Peninsula Pub received a $250 Visa gift card. 

Destination Door County and local business associations created this inaugural appreciation campaign to show gratitude toward area hospitality workers for a tremendous 2021 season. During the nomination period, Abby Cucci-Probst showed her appreciation for the campaign effort by donating $250, which allowed a second prize to be awarded.

In addition to all hospitality workers, Destination Door County thanks Frontier Airlines and Austin Straubel International Airport for partnering on this campaign to provide an airline voucher for a well-deserved getaway.
