Hudson Road Hosts Farewell Celebration

Hudson Road Trading Company is closing its doors at end of day on September 3, and will host a Farewell Celebration on Sept. 2, 5 – 8 pm. Co-owner Margie Needelman says “I will miss all of my customers, so I decided to close Hudson Road with a party, rather than tears.” The celebration includes refreshments, drawings, and storewide sales.

Serious injuries this past spring curtailed the shop owner’s ability to maintain Hudson Road and on recommendations of her doctors, Needelman decided to retire.

Hudson Road will still be operational online. Needelman shares, “My business partner, Beth Hudson, is completing a degree in Web Design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and will be doing some wonderful things to our website. The newly revised http://www.hudsonroad.com will be up in the near future.”
